Reporting into the HR Systems Team Leader, this is a role which would suit someone with a passion for HR systems, the employee life-cycle and all associated processes.
Our small Shared Services team provides support to staff and managers in the business, you will be a key player in this team pro-actively adding value and positively contributing towards the achievement of our business objectives as set out in our Corporate Plan.
The role is varied but well structured, dealing with queries and administration across the entire employee life-cycle.
These will include:
? Handling incoming enquiries, both internal and external, ensuring a positive outcome that meets individual needs and conduct correspondence in a timely manner.
? Assisting in the management of the People Management team inboxes, advising employees on any HR, recruitment and L&D related queries such as holiday calculations, systems support, course queries, employee relation or policy queries etc.

? Updating and maintaining the HR system in an accurate and timely manner, including the processing of new starters, leavers and any changes onto the payroll system, ensuring accuracy and maintaining data integrity.
? Identifying and implementing service and systems improvements ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the service.
? Maintaining electronic employee records, including ex-employee records and reference requests received, in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.
? Preparing offer letters and contracts of employment in accordance with agreed timescales and standards.
