Job Type: Full - Time, Permanent, 9 - 5.30pm

The Role:

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in new business processing, valuations, and client servicing.


? Addressing policy inquiries.
? Managing telephone and reception responsibilities as needed.
? Providing comprehensive admin support, encompassing call handling, mail, typing, and client interactions.


? Previously worked as a Financial Services Administrator or in a similar role.
? Previous experience in an Independent Financial Advisory practice.
? Familiarity with platforms like Abrdn, Aviva, and Aegon.
? Experience with IO (Intelliflo) back-office system.

? Skilled in MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
