The Client:

Our client is a reputable legal firm with a focus on providing exceptional legal services, they are dedicated to maintaining high standards and client satisfaction.

The Role:

As a Legal Secretary in a property department, you will provide support in residential and commercial areas.

While experience in both fields is preferred, training can be provided.


? Prepare correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing.
? Administer filing, including daily filing and management of client files.
? Prepare mail and enclosures for despatch.
? Arrange appointments, meetings, and maintain an up-to-date diary.
? Answer incoming telephone calls.
? Provide support to other secretaries and offer guidance to junior staff.
? Attend to clients in person and on the phone with professionalism and friendliness.
? Undertake specific training as required and contribute to self-development.
? Ensure confidentiality of firm and client documentation.


? Previously worked as a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, Legal Clerk or in a similar role.
? Typing speed of at least 70 wpm and high accuracy.
? Good spelling, punctuation, and attention to detail.
? Excellent audio-typing skills.
? Skilled with Word and Outlook.
? Familiarity with layout of relevant legal documents.
? Pleasant telephone manner.
