Location: Killamarsh, Derbyshire

Salary: £21,500 - £22,000 + excellent Benefits

Full - Time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

The Client:

Our client is a well-established insurance agency, offering an extensive range of insurance products for the motor industry.

The Role:

As a Claims Handler you will play a pivotal role connecting the customers with the resolution of their motor vehicle issues.

Responsibilities:

? Use advanced claims management system for accurate information recording.
? Gather essential details for effective customer journey during new claims.
? Follow established processes for seamless claims handling.
? Collaborate with clients and partners for file progression, maintaining excellent communication.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Claims Handler or in a similar role.
? At least 1 year of experience in Claims Processing.
? Possess basic computer knowledge.
? Call centre experience.
