Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Salary: Very Competitive + Excellent Benefits

Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

The Client:

Our client is a well-established law firm, providing exceptional services to individuals, businesses, and their owners.

The Role:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload, handling commercial property transactions and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities:

? Lead and expand the commercial department.
? Oversee surrendering and assigning leases.
? Conduct commercial property sales and purchases.
? Manage SIPP purchases with leasebacks.
? Handle option agreements for both owner and developer.
? Address residential lease extensions & collective enfranchisement.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer or in a similar role.
? Possess 4 years + PQE as a Solicitor.
? Experience in commercial property.
? Excellent communication and networking skills.
