Location: Dublin

The Client:

Our client is a renowned construction firm, delivering outstanding building projects throughout Dublin and its surrounding regions.

The Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the entire tender process.

They will consider both senior and intermediate level candidates.


? Conduct thorough reviews of tender documents including bills of quantities, specifications, drawings, and contracts.
? Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
? Perform site inspections for tenders.
? Collaborate with the Bid and Construction operations teams to develop a coordinated response for site preliminaries, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
? Develop detailed cost plans and budgets.
? Analyse tenders meticulously for pricing.
? Present findings at tender settlement meetings with Directors.
? Participate in post-tender interviews and meetings to discuss and refine bids.


? Previously worked for minimum 3 years in a similar role.
? Level 3 qualification in quantity surveying.
? Experience in the construction sector, ideally within the Irish construction industry.
? Strong problem solving and communication skills.
