The Client:

Our client is a well-established law firm, offering a wide range of legal services for both business and personal needs.

The Role:

As a Solicitor, you will engage in Company Commercial work, contributing to a progressive and expanding firm.

Responsibilities:

? Undertake Company Commercial work, including buying and selling businesses.
? Contribute to marketing, PR, and business development activities.
? Draft articles, manage social media, and engage in networking.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Solicitor or in a similar role.
? Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
? Background in company commercial law, including drafting sale and purchase agreements.
? Familiarity with companies Act 2006 and contract law.
? Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
? Skilled in IT.
? Excellent written communication abilities.
? Must have right to work in the UK.
