Location: Weston-super-Mare, Somerset (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £45k + Excellent Benefits

Full-Time, Permanent, 5 days per week (36.25 hours)

The Client:

Our client is a well-established accountancy practice, specialising in agriculture, education, hospitality, and private sectors.

The Role:

As an Audit Senior, you will be overseeing and executing audit fieldwork for a diverse client portfolio, fostering strong client relationships.

They will also consider a junior candidate early in their ACA / ACCA studies with audit experience.

Responsibilities:

? Preparing financial statements for non-audit clients.
? Conduct technical research and provide advice.
? Assist in developing new business proposals.
? Network within business communities.
? Train and develop junior team members.
? Work on regional client projects as required.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as an Audit Senior or in a similar role.
? Experience working with audit and assurance team.
? ACA or ACCA part-qualified or qualified.
? Familiarity with UK Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards.
? Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
? Experience with Caseware and Sage Accounts would be beneficial.
