Salary: £35,000 - £55,000

Our client is a well-established law firm, offering comprehensive legal services to families, individuals, and businesses.

The Role:

As aResidential Conveyancer, you will manage residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

Requirements:

? Previously worked for as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer or in a similar role.
? Possess at least 3 years of experience in Conveyancing.
? Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
? Excellent networking and client relationship skills.
? Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
? Familiarity with the local area would be beneficial.
