An opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Advisor with relevant experience and qualifications to join a well-established vehicle repair centre.

In this role, youll manage customer interactions and service bookings to ensure smooth workshop operations.

You will be responsible for:

? Schedule service, repair, and MOT appointments, and manage courtesy car bookings.
? Order parts from suppliers, ensuring good communication with customers about work in progress and building trust.
? Track jobs through the workshop, including inspection videos, MOT reports, and quoting additional advisory work.
? Prepare invoices, ensure vehicles are ready for collection, and explain completed work to customers upon pick-up.
? Support CRM systems to drive new business and maintain communication with existing customers.
? Use garage management software to identify and report on lost opportunities and non-booked advisories.
? Maintain accurate stock levels and order replacement parts and consumables as needed.


What we are looking for:

? Previously worked as a Customer Service Advisor or in a similar role.
? Possess relevant experience and qualifications.
? Able to create bookings, estimates, and invoices.
? Skilled in Microsoft Office and ideally have experience with TechMan Garage System Software.
? Valid UK driving licence.


Shifts:

? Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 17:30
? Occasional Saturday: 08:00 - 13:00
