Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

Location: Chelmsford (Office based)

As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive HR support and giving HR advice to managers and employees across the organisation.

You will be responsible for advising on HR policies, managing employee relations, and contributing to various HR projects to enhance our work environment.

You will be responsible for:

? Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
? Take ownership of the recruitment and selection process, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
? Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
? Contribute to HR reporting and analysis to support decision-making processes.


What we are looking for:

? Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Advisor role.
? Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
? Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
? Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
