An opportunity has arisen for aMRICS certified Senior Building Surveyor to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy firm.

Our client offers wide range of services in construction & property across the UK.

In this role, you will report to Senior Associate Building Surveyor / Partner while crafting dilapidations schedules and estimating costs.

You will be required to travel to fulfil project requirements.

You will be responsible for:

? Drafting tenants lease liability schedules.
? Offering strategic advice on negotiation tactics and timing.
? Advising clients on repair works versus financial settlements.
? Offering Section 18 Valuations per Landlord and Tenant Act 1927.
? Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys and CAPEX Schedules.


What we are looking for:

? Previously worked as a Building Surveyor in a similar role.
? Relevant educational background with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
? Hold a degree, preferably with RICS accreditation.
? Skilled in IT, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
