An opportunity has arisen for Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor withMRICS chartered status to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy firm.

Our client offers wide range of services in construction & property across the UK.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in cost management, tender document preparation, and client liaison.

You will be responsible for:

? Conducting benchmarking and feasibility assessments.
? Crafting thorough budget estimates and cost plans.
? Drafting preliminaries and general conditions for tender documents.
? Delivering comprehensive cost management services pre and post contract.
? Conducting tender evaluations, compiling reports and preparing interim valuation recommendations.


What we are looking for:

? Previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
? Background in cost management.
? Strong knowledge of construction technology.
