An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator with 6-12 months experience in estate agency to join a leading estate agency.

In this role, you will organise and conduct property viewings, collect property details, and coordinate photography sessions.

You will be responsible for:

? Estimate property values and promote properties for sale.
? Monitor ongoing sales and coordinate with stakeholders.
? Inform clients of new properties via CRM system.
? Refer buyers to mortgage services and conveyancers.
? Promote the firms services in all departments, including Financial Services and Solicitor referrals.




What we are looking for:

? Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role.
? Good business sense and understanding of the property market.
? Skilled in computer use.
? Valid UK driving licence.
