Full-Time, Permanent position

42 hours per week + Excellent Benefits

An opportunity has arisen for Workshop Managerwith level 3 qualificationto join a well-established reputable vehicle repair centre renowned for its dedication to quality, reliability, and outstanding customer service.

In this role, you will oversee the workshop, ensuring efficient operations and upholding exceptional standards of customer satisfaction.



You will be responsible for:

? Efficiently allocate tasks to vehicle technicians.
? Supervise and support a team of technicians.
? Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
? Uphold and improve high service standards.


What we are looking for:

? Previously worked as a Workshop Manager or in a similar role.
? NVQ Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair (Essentail)
? Passion for automotive sector.
? Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
? Valid UK driving licence.


Working Schedule:

? Monday - Friday
? Every other Saturday
