As an Agricultural Management Consultant, you will provide independent, evidence-based consulting to clients, guiding them to optimise and develop their agricultural businesses.

You will be responsible for:

? Offering management and strategic consulting to a diverse portfolio of farming and estate clients
? Identifying and initiating new agricultural diversification projects
? Applying advanced analytical tools to uncover growth opportunities for clients
? Preparing financial analyses to inform strategic recommendations
? Researching and advising on rural grants, funding, and subsidy schemes
? Conducting performance benchmarking and providing relevant insights
? Collaborating with industry stakeholders and professional bodies to enhance client support


What we are looking for:

? Previously worked as an Agricultural Management Consultant, Agricultural Business Consultant, Agricultural Business Advisor, Farm Business Consultant or in a similar role.


? Ability to work independently while maintaining a client-centric approach
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
? Motivated by the opportunity to develop your own portfolio and client relationships
