You will be responsible for:
? Keeping bedrooms, corridors, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas clean and presentable.
? Following cleaning schedules and completing routine checklists.
? Ensuring the laundry room remains clean, tidy and secure.
? Maintaining accurate sign-in/out records and always wearing the required uniform AND ID badge.
? Managing room turnovers and preparing spaces as needed during student intake or departure periods.
? Acting as a first point of contact for students with queries, concerns, or complaints.

What we are looking for:
? Previously worked as a Cleaner, Cleaning Operative, School Cleaner, Facilities Cleaner, Cleaning Assistant, Housekeeper or in a similar role.
? Ideally have experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or laundry services within a residential or institutional setting
? An understanding of basic health & safety and hygiene standards.
? Ability to follow written instructions and complete routine forms.
