An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Lowestoft, Suffolk area.
You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This care home is registered with the CQC to treat complex needs, which only qualified nurses are allowed to provide.
The home provides exceptional residential, nursing and dementia care in the heart of the areas residential community

* As the Deputy Manager your key duties include:· Alongside the Home Manager, you will manage and have responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements· You will ensure the service users are receiving the highest standards of professional support experiencing life opportunities helping to promote growth and independence The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:· Previous Deputy Home Manager experience· The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care· Good working knowledge of CQC standards· The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals/ families/ visitors and staffing teams· Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing/ agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £50,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week on Days.
