* As the Pharmacist Lead your key responsibilities include:· Clinical screening and services to clinical departments· Procurement, audit, patient counselling and other associated pharmaceutical duties· Attendance at relevant clinical governance meetings· Providing advice to patients/carers and clinical staff on pharmaceutical products as required· Adhering to GPhC Standards of conduct, ethics and performance· Supporting clinical managers in providing effective training and competency review of registered staff The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:· Sound written and verbal communication skills· Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required· Flexibility to work across the two sites· Demonstrated Customer Service skills· Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be patient focused The successful Pharmacist Lead will receive an excellent salary of £43,000 pro rata as it is in line with the hours of work.
