* As the Clinical Lead Nurse your key responsibilities include:· Responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of care· Promoting independence and dignity whilst positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care· Supporting the delivery of improvements whilst driving quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines· Ensuring a welcoming, safe and engaging environment is provided for all residents, employees and visitors to the Home· Supporting the Home Manager and taking responsibility for the day to day management of the Home The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:· Experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth, efficient running of the home· Experienced in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services· Experienced in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks· Able to maintain accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technology· Confident in overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation· Able to support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times· Passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families The successful Clinical Lead Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £21.25 per hour and the annual salary is £37,293.75 per annum.
