* Your key duties include:· Provide Scrub/ODP assistance and experience for clinical procedures.· Assist the consultant and clinical team in the delivery of all ophthalmic care· Manage all the theatre equipment daily· Admission and discharge of patients on theatre days· Adhere to the principles of clinical governance and NMC or HCPC guidelines The following skills and experience preferred and beneficial for the role:· Previous theatre experience within Ophthalmology· Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business· A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service· Strong organisation skills and attention to detail· Sound written and verbal communication skills· Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £29,500 - £36,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week.
