The Client:

Our client is a reputable educational firm, providing a dynamic and supportive environment tailored for children aged 3 to 11 years.

The Role:

As a Grounds Person, you will contribute to school upkeep, with a primary focus on sports fields, lawns, shrubbery, paths, and borders.

Responsibilities:

? Undertake minor construction and landscaping work.
? Execute weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance program.
? Mark out and set up playing pitches.
? Utilise appropriate techniques for sports surface care.
? Assist with garden area maintenance.
? Address seasonal tasks like leaf clearance and snow removal.
? Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, students, and external users.
? Ensure safe equipment operation.
? Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines.
? Fulfil reasonable requests aligned with role responsibilities.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Grounds Person or in a similar role.
? General knowledge of grounds maintenance.
? Capacity to handle diverse and demanding workloads.
? Previous work experience in the education sector.
