The Client:

Our client is a well-established property consultancy firm, specialising in a broad spectrum of surveying services, from construction management and building surveys to dilapidations.

The Role:

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will managing ongoing tasks such as minor works, contract administration, design, and specification, alongside conducting surveys and overseeing project monitoring.

Full APC support will be provided, including RICS fee coverage, with a structured training program.

Requirements:

? Must possess a relevant RICS-accredited degree.
? A keen interest in different facets of building surveying, from design to dilapidation surveys.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
