The Role:

As a Legal Secretary in a Conveyancing / Commercial Property department, you will play a pivotal role in transcribing recordings using digital dictation software.


? Managing incoming calls and message handling.
? Coordinating with clients and external parties.
? Conducting various searches and registrations.
? Organising file opening and archiving.
? Maintaining diary schedules.


? Previously worked for at least 2 years as a Legal Secretary in a similar role.
? Ideally you wll have experience in conveyancing or commercial property department.
? Skilled in digital dictation.
? Strong word-processing and audio typing abilities.
? Familiarity with MS Office suite.
? Professional telephone etiquette.
