Litigation Solicitor (Contentious Probate)

Location: Walsall / Sutton Coldfield / Cannock (Hybrid)

Salary: £45k - £60k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client, a distinguished law firm with multiple offices offers extensive legal expertise blending tradition with modern innovation ensuring excellent service.

The Role:

As a Solicitor, you will manage contentious probate matters including challenges to wills and trusts, inheritance claims, and executor disputes.

Responsibilities:

? Handle validity disputes over wills and lifetime gifts.
? Manage inheritance act claims and trust disputes.
? Resolve executorship and attorney disputes.
? Execute statutory wills and manage TOLATA claims.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
? At least 5 years experience in contentious probate.
? Expertise in managing varied trust and estate disputes.
