Family Solicitor / Fee Earner

Location: Walsall / Cannock, Staffordshire

Salary: Very Competitive + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client, a distinguished law firm with multiple offices offers extensive legal expertise blending tradition with modern innovation ensuring excellent service.

The Role:

As a Fee Earner in a Family Law department,you will manage privately funded family law cases, including:

? Divorce and separation proceedings
? Children Act cases
? Financial provisions
? Injunction applications
? Schedule 1 Children Act matters
? Pre- and post-nuptial agreements


You will be required to work in Walsall and Cannock offices, with occasional duties in Sutton Coldfield.

Responsibilities:

? Supervise junior team members.
? Support the Head of Department in expanding the family law department.
? Engage in marketing and business development activities.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Family Solicitor, Family Lawyer or in a similar role.
? Minimum 6 years of experience in privately funded family law cases.
? Strong organisational and leadership skills.
? Effective marketing and business development capabilities.
