The Client:

Our client is an esteemed law firm, commitment to delivering exceptional legal services in residential property, family law, wills & probate, and commercial property.

The Role:

As a Fee Earner in aPrivate Client, you will draft wills and establish trusts and prepare powers of attorney.

Duties:

? Administer estates and advise on inheritance tax.
? Market and promote the team to increase revenue, including content creation.
? Assist in training and development of team members.
? Support other fee earners as needed.
? Minimise risk and ensure file compliance.
? Keep clients updated on case progress.
? Follow documented procedures and systems


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Fee Earner, Solicitor, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
? Experience working in a private client department.
? Familiarity with practice and case management systems.
? Skilled in IT.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
