The Role:

As a Solicitor,you will play a vital role in providing legal advice and services to businesses and corporations.

Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
? Minimum of 6 years experience in corporate law.
? Experience of dealing with the following areas:? Mergers and Acquisitions
? Company formation
? Corporate restructuring
? Corporate Finance & Banking
? Unincorporated businesses
? Joint venture / shareholder agreements
? GDPR regulations
? Partnership agreements / Shareholder agreements / Director responsibilities
