Salary: £20k - £24k + Excellent Benefits

Full-Time, Monday - Friday,8:30 am - 4:30 pm

The Client:

Our client is a well-established estate agency, offering comprehensive property services encompassing sales and lettings.

The Role:

As a Lettings Administrator, you will managing a diverse property portfolio, overseeing maintenance, inspections, and client interactions.

Responsibilities:

? Managing properties across multiple locations.
? Delivering effective lettings management services.
? Negotiating repairs and maintenance.
? Business development and client negotiations.
? Drafting tenancy agreements and property listings.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Lettings Administrator or in a similar role.
? Experience in property management, interacting with contractors, landlords, and tenants.
? Background working in an estate agency.
? Negotiation skills in lettings and sales.
? Familiarity with tenancy laws and agreements.
? Customer service excellence and IT proficiency.
? Valid UK driving license.
