Location: Derby, Derbyshire (Office based)

Job Type: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

The Client:

Our client is a well-established accountancy firm, offering extensive expertise and support to businesses & individuals.

The Role:

As an Accounts & Business Services Senior, you will prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for managerial review.

Responsibilities:

? Conduct regular bookkeeping, including VAT returns and management accounts.
? Plan and oversee relevant work assignments.
? Mentor junior staff and delegate tasks appropriately.
? Address client queries and track assignment progress.
? Manage specific assignments and coordinate services.
? Attend client meetings and perform site visits as necessary.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as an Accounts Senior or in a similar role.
? Possess 4+ years' experience in an accountancy practice within the UK.
? ACA / ACCA qualified or currently pursuing qualification.
? Effective communication skills with both colleagues and clients.
? Strong organisational and time management abilities.
