Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday

The Client:

Our client is a well-established estate agency, providing a wide range of services including buying, selling, renting, and managing properties.

The Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include registering tenants, organising property viewings, negotiating offers, and managing the progress of tenancies.

Responsibilities:

? Generate leads via marketing and networking, conduct market appraisals, and secure new instructions.
? Build rapport with landlords and tenants, communicate company processes and legal requirements, and manage expectations.
? Mentor junior negotiators, stay updated on property legislation and trends, and collaborate with team members.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role.
? At least 1 year of lettings experience.
? Background in achieving targets and exceeding KPIs.
? Skilled in lettings industry software and CRM systems.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
? Valid driving license.
