The Client:

Our client is a well-established legal firm, providing comprehensive legal services encompassing conveyancing, personal injury claims, wills, estate, probate matters, and more.

The Role:

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage residential conveyancing cases, with potential to expand into commercial conveyancing.

Responsibilities:

? Handling re-mortgages and managing transfer of equity.
? Facilitating right to buy transactions.
? Conducting sales and purchases.
? Overseeing transactions involving leaseholds.
? Managing lease extensions and overseeing deed variations.
? Handling shared ownership matters.
? Dealing with new build properties.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Fee earner, Solicitor or in a similar role.
? At least 2 years PQE in conveyancing.
? Background in handling own case load independently covering the full range of conveyancing transactions.
? Experience dealing with some commercial conveyancing matters would be preferred.
