Location: London

Salary: £25k - £30k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client is a well-established legal firm, specialising in public law, regulatory enforcement and criminal defence, including serious & general crime.

The Role:

As a Legal Receptionist, you will support the legal team by handling incoming communications, maintaining an organised office environment, and performing various clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

? Schedule appointments and manage attorneys' calendars.
? Prepare and process legal documents and correspondence.
? Handle mail distribution and courier services.
? Maintain office supplies and equipment.
? Communicate with clients regarding appointments and case updates.
? Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals.
? Coordinate conference room bookings and prepare meeting rooms.
? Manage client databases and office records.
? Track court dates and case schedules.
? Professionally greet clients and visitors.
? Assist with billing and invoicing.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
? Ideally have experience working in a legal setting.
? Understanding legal terminology and documentation.
? Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
? Experience with legal software and case management systems would be beneficial.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
