Private Client Solicitor - Hertfordshire

Salary: Very Competitive (DOE)

Location: Ware

An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor in a Private Client departmentwith 1-3 years PQE in a well-established law firm.

our client provides comprehensive legal services for both individuals and businesses.

You will be responsible for:

? Handling probate and estate administration, with a focus on both basic and complex estates.
? Draft and prepare Wills, LPAs, and Powers of Attorney.
? Advise on trusts, their creation, and their tax implications.
? Handle issues related to older and vulnerable clients.


What we are looking for:

? Previously worked as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
? Experience in estate administration and intestacy rules.
? Knowledge of trusts and their tax treatment.
? Ideally have STEP qualification or working towards it.
? Understanding of Court of Protection and Deputyship work would be beneficial.
