You will be responsibilities for:

? Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions.
? Provide expert legal advice on property-related matters.
? Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and deeds.
? Conduct due diligence and property searches.
? Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.

What we are looking for:

? Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in property law.
? Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property transactions.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
