This full-time, permanent role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £25,000 - 35,000.

As a Team Assistant, you will provide crucial support across diverse functions, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the organisations continued success.

You will be responsible for:

? Coordinating back-office operation.
? Supporting key activities on-site within educational environments.
? Enhancing employee engagement by fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
? Assisting with credit control and maintaining financial accuracy.
? Overseeing office management, including stock control and presentation.
? Managing diaries and schedules for senior staff members.
? Supporting marketing, social media, and public relations activities alongside external specialists.


What we are looking for:

? Previous experience working as Team Assistant or in a similar role.
? An understanding of the education sector and a caring attitude toward children and staff.
? Strong organisational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
? A customer-focused mindset balanced with commercial awareness.
? Enhanced DBS check.
