An exciting opportunity has arisen for the Deputy Home Manager with Level 3 qualification in residential child care to join a reputable residential care provider.

This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £32,000 - £36,000.

As the Deputy Home Manager, youll play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operation of the Ofsted registered 4-bed residential home.

You will be responsible for:

? Support the Registered Manager in delivering the homes Statement of Purpose.
? Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff.
? Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for young people.
? Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
? Contribute to care planning and development for young people.


What we are looking for:

? Previously worked as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Home Manager, Assistant Care Manager or in a similar role.
? At least 2 years' experience at senior support level within a residential childcare setting.
? Level 3 qualification in Residential Child Care (Children and Young People's Workforce) or equivalent.
? Full UK manual driving licence.
