Speech and Language Therapist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Speech and Language Therapist with 3 years' experience in a paediatric clinical setting to become part of a renowned therapy clinic in the beautiful surroundings of Cayman Islands.

This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £64,000 - £64,500.

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide high-quality speech-language therapy to children while contributing to a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for:

? Setting measurable and client-focused SLT goals in collaboration with families.
? Delivering direct therapy sessions, consultations, and education for clients, families, and community providers.
? Conducting in-school consultations and facilitating group therapy sessions as required.
? Managing a caseload of approximately 25 direct therapy sessions weekly.
? Developing evidence-based interventions informed by current research.
? Delivering a minimum of two presentations to the community per calendar year.


What we are looking for:

? Previously worked as a Speech and Language Therapist or in a similar role.
? At least 3 years' experience in a paediatric clinical setting.
? Background working with children with Autism.
? Hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech-Language Therapy.
? Must be registered with the Health Practice Commission of the Cayman Islands.
? Registered as a Speech-Language Therapist in your state, province, or country.
? Registered or eligible for full registration in Australia, Canada, Jamaica, New Zealand, South Africa, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
? Valid driving licence or own vehicle.
