Senior Structural Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Structural Engineer with 5 - 9 years of post graduate experience to join an independent engineering and surveying consultancy.

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will oversee the civil and structural engineering design across a diverse range of projects, including commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, and education developments.

They will also consider Associate Structural Engineers and Principal Structural Engineers.

You will be responsible for:

? Effectively manage your workload to meet client needs and project deadlines.
? Provide supervision and guidance to engineers and technicians as required.
? Prepare precise reports and comprehensive project documentation.
? Represent the company with confidence in meetings, maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.


What we are looking for:

? Previously worked as a Structural Engineer, Structural Design Engineer, Civil Engineer, Chartered Engineer or in a similar role.
? Possess 5 - 9 years of post graduate experience.
? Hold a BEng / MEng qualification.
? Chartered or working towards chartership status through IStructE or ICE.
? Background in design and structural analysis across various materials, including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
? Skilled in relevant engineering design software.
? Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
