Dispute Resolution Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 3 years PQE to join a well-established law firm.

As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will handle client matters, including court proceedings, written and verbal advice, record-keeping, and advocacy.

You will be responsible for:

? Develop a client portfolio through marketing, social media, networking, and internal referrals.
? Manage client expectations and risk.
? Handle new enquiries and oversee case and file management.
? Support the development of team members and engage in CPD activities.
? Contribute to marketing efforts, including webinars and podcasts.
? Participate in charity and networking events.


What we are looking for.

? Previously worked as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, Dispute Resolution Lawyer, Litigation Solicitor, Litigation Lawyer or in a similar role.
? At least 3 years PQE working in dispute resolution, ideally with contentious probate.
? Understanding of the requirements of Lexcel.
? Skilled in IT, including case management systems, MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Strong file management and time management skills.
