Montessori Teacher

An opportunity has arisen for a Montessori Teacher to join a reputable nursery, creating a safe, nurturing, and enjoyable environment to assist children in settling and fostering their developmental growth.

As a Montessori Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating, safe and caring setting that supports children's learning and development.

This full-time permanent role offers salary range of £27,600 - £31,200 and benefits.

You Will Be Responsible For

? Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the smooth daily running of the nursery
? Supporting the personal care and well-being of children under five
? Preparing and maintaining a purposeful learning environment
? Observing, planning, and assessing children's progress in line with EYFS standards
? Building strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring open and professional communication
? Following safeguarding practices and adhering to nursery policies and procedures


What We Are Looking For

? Previously worked as a Montessori Teacher, Nursery Teacher, Early Years Teacher, Pre-School Teacher, Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role.
? Previous experience of 1 year within a Montessori setting
? Background of working with children under the age of five in a nursery environment
? Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
? A recognised Montessori Diploma
? A clear and current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate
