Welder Fabricator (Structural & Architectural)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join a well-established company specialising in bespoke architectural and ornamental metalwork crafting high-quality custom metal structures.

As a Welder / Fabricator, you will be responsible for producing custom metal components with attention to detail and craftsmanship.

This full-time permanent role offers a minimum salary of £13 per hour plus commission and benefits.

You Will Be Responsible For

? Fabricating bespoke staircases, balustrades, gates, railings, balconies, and other architectural metalwork.
? Performing MIG welding on steel and other metals.
? Reading and interpreting technical drawings and workshop sketches.
? Cutting, drilling, grinding, assembling, and finishing components to high standards.
? Operating workshop machinery safely and efficiently.
? Collaborating with other fabricators and supporting site installation teams when required.
? Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment.


Have experience in:

? Ornamental metalwork (Staircases, Balustrades, Railings, Gates, Architectural metalwork)
? Structural work (Steel frames, Structural steel fabrication, Load-bearing metal structures)


What We Are Looking For:

? Previously worked as a Welder, Fabricator, MIG Welder, Welder Fabricator, Fabricator Welder, Steel Fabricator, Welding Technician, Structural Welder or in a similar role.
? Have at least 3 years of welding and fabrication experience


? Strong MIG welding skills.
? Confident in interpreting and working from technical drawings.
? Ability to fabricate bespoke components to a high standard.
