As a Legal Assistant / Paralegal / Conveyancing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the conveyancing team, handling dictation, managing case files, and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.

What we are looking for:

? Previously worked as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
? Minimum 1 year of conveyancing experience.
? Understanding of residential and/or commercial conveyancing procedures.
? Skilled in using case management systems, dictation software and word processing software.
? Excellent communication and organisation skills.
