Area Sales Manager - Heating, Plumbing, HVAC & Building Services

An opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to join a company operating within the heating, plumbing and building services sector, providing technical solutions that support efficient, reliable and sustainable heating and cooling systems.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will report to Regional Sales Manager, with responsibility for increasing sales across the territory by developing customer accounts, securing new business and strengthening market relationships.

This is a home-based, permanent, full-time role with regular travel across the territory, offering a salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 and benefits.

They will consider candidates from a strong adjacent technical background with directly relevant customer channels, provided they have the appropriate market relationships and field-sales credibility.

You will be responsible for

? Managing and expanding relationships with existing and prospective customers across relevant sectors.
? Identifying new commercial opportunities and developing them into sustainable business.
? Creating and implementing territory and account plans to maximise sales opportunities.
? Carrying out customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, training sessions and business reviews.
? Negotiating pricing and customer agreements within agreed commercial parameters.
? Keeping CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, visit activity and account information up to date.
? Working closely with internal sales, technical, marketing and customer service teams to provide a consistent customer experience.
? Representing the organisation professionally at exhibitions, trade events and customer meetings.
