Senior Practice Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Practice Accountant / Client Manager with 3 years' experience in UK accountancy practice to join a well-established accountancy firm.

This role can be full-time or part-time offering excellent benefits, hybrid working option and a salary range of £37,500 - £45,000 for 25 - 37.5 hours work week.

As a Senior Practice Accountant / Client Manager, you will manage key accounting tasks and provide strategic advice to ensure clients' financial compliance and success.

You will be responsible for:

? Prepare and file year-end accounts and corporation tax returns.
? Submit VAT and self-assessment tax returns accurately and on time.
? Ensure clients comply with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements.
? Manage a diverse client portfolio, providing tailored financial advice.
? Build strong client relationships and deliver strategic financial guidance.
? Advise on cloud accounting systems like Xero and QuickBooks.
? Mentor junior team members to maintain excellent service standards.


What we are looking for:

? Previously worked as a Practice Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounts Senior, Accounts and Audit Senior, Accountant or in a similar role.
? At least 3 years' experience in UK accountancy practice.
? Background in managing a portfolio of clients.
? Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA).
? Skilled in Xero, Quickbooks, Taxcalc, Engager etc.
? Right to work in the UK.
? Located within a 10-mile radius.
