Sales Account Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager (Personal Care, Cosmetics & Raw Ingredients) to join a well-established company specialising in sourcing and supplying high-quality ingredients for the personal care, cosmetics, nutrition, and homecare industries.

They are looking for candidates with experience in personal care, cosmetics, or raw materials/ingredients used in these industries, so applicants from any of these three backgrounds are welcome.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be managing client accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

This is a field-based role offering a salary range of £35,000 - £38,000 plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:? Identifying and pursuing new sales prospects within the cosmetics and personal care market


? Generating commercially viable opportunities to support revenue growth


? Analysing market trends to spot gaps and areas for expansion


? Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients


? Promoting a wide portfolio of ingredients including actives, emulsifiers, oils & extracts, preservatives, UV filters, colourants, and moisturising agents




What We Are Looking For:? Previously worked as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Executive, or in a similar sales role


? Minimum 2 years' experience in sales


? Ideally have experience in personal care, cosmetics, or raw ingredient/chemical for personal care.


? Competent in Microsoft Office, including Outlook


? Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
