Cleaning Key Account Manager / Operations Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Manager / Operations Manager to join a facilities management provider delivering cleaning, security, maintenance and workplace services.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning services across a regional portfolio, maintaining client relationships and supporting the effective management of operational teams.

You will also monitor service delivery, contractual performance and operational costs to ensure agreed standards are maintained.

This is a full-time position offering a salary of £37,000, together with a company vehicle and benefits.

The role is based near Guildford and involves travel to client locations across Surrey, including Camberley, Staines and Reigate.

Key Responsibilities:

? Overseeing the delivery of routine and scheduled cleaning services across multiple locations.


? Reviewing service performance against agreed KPIs and contractual standards.


? Coordinating operational resources to support efficient service delivery and budget control.


? Producing and reviewing operational and financial reports for management.


? Monitoring staff attendance and working hours to assist with payroll administration.


? Managing supplier arrangements and reviewing the standard of services provided.


? Assisting with recruitment, staff matters and employee-related issues.


? Arranging relevant training and development activities for operational staff.


? Ensuring cleaning activities meet applicable quality, environmental, health and safety standards.




What we are looking for:

? Previous experience in an operational or business management role.


? Experience managing teams and supporting their professional development.


? Understanding of commercial operations, budgets and financial reporting.


? Ability to plan operational activities and implement changes where required.


? Knowledge of BICSc or equivalent cleaning industry standard
