Sales Account Manager / Trade Counter - Electrical Wholesale

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager (Trade Counter) to join an electrical wholesale business supplying domestic, commercial and industrial electrical products and solutions to trade and retail customers.

As a Sales Account Manager (Trade Counter), you will develop customer accounts, identify new sales opportunities and provide hands-on support across branch operations.

This full-time role based in Sheffield offers salary range of £27,500 - £37,500 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

? Managing and developing existing business customer accounts.
? Generating new business through prospecting, cold-calling and following up on leads.
? Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
? Identifying sales opportunities, negotiating terms and securing new business.
? Working towards sales targets and growing revenue from allocated accounts.
? Supporting branch activities, including trade counter service, stock intake, deliveries, restocking and opening and closing.
? Providing general operational support and working across different areas of the branch.
? Perform other duties as required.


What we are looking for:

? Experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
? Ideally you will have experience in electrical wholesale or similar environment.


? 1 year of experience in direct sales would be preferred.
? Good written and verbal communication skills.
? Reliable, responsible and well organised, with experience supporting or guiding colleagues.
? Results-driven, with a focus on increasing sales and developing long-term customer relationships.
? Right to work in the UK.
