Receptionist / Front of house

An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist / Front of house to join a legal practice, providing professional legal services and maintaining an efficient and welcoming office environment.

As aReceptionist, you will take primary responsibility for reception and front-of-house activities, welcoming visitors, handling telephone enquiries and ensuring the smooth running of the reception area.

This full-time role based in Glasgow offers a salary of up to £26,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

? Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring professional and friendly reception experience.
? Answering incoming calls, handling enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
? Managing appointments and arranging meeting room bookings.
? Processing incoming and outgoing post.
? Maintaining a clean, tidy and presentable reception area.
? Providing general administrative assistance, including filing and data entry.
? Monitoring office supplies, maintaining stock and coordinating maintenance requests.


What we are looking for:

? Previous reception experience or a confident and professional telephone manner.
? A clear understanding of the importance of reception and front-of-house responsibilities.
? High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
? Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
? Clear and professional communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
? Additional training in administration or legal support would be advantageous.
