Key Account Manager / Operations Manager - Cleaning

An opportunity has arisen for a Cleaning Key Account Manager / Operations Manager to join a facilities management company providing cleaning, security, maintenance and workplace support services.

As a Cleaning Key Account Manager / Operations Manager, you will oversee regional cleaning operations, manage client relationships and ensure consistent service, commercial and performance standards across multiple sites.

This full-time role offers a salary of £37,000 and benefits.

Based near Guildford, the role involves travelling to client sites across Surrey, including Camberley, Staines and Reigate.

You will be responsible for:

? Managing the delivery of daily and periodic cleaning services across the assigned region.
? Monitoring service performance, KPIs and contractual requirements, addressing issues where necessary.
? Coordinating site resources to ensure services are delivered effectively and within agreed budgets.
? Preparing and analysing operational and financial data for regular management reporting.
? Managing attendance and timekeeping information to support accurate payroll processing.
? Overseeing supplier relationships and ensuring agreed service standards are maintained.
? Supporting recruitment, employee relations and the resolution of HR-related matters.
? Coordinating training and development to maintain appropriate standards across the team.
? Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant quality, environmental, health and safety requirements.

What we are looking for:

Essential:
